Good Sunday bloggers,
The weather today will be spectacular as a surface high pressure moves overhead. Highs will be in the 70s with a light north wind! Wow! There is NO reason the Chiefs should lose…right? SEE MAP #1
MAP #1: SUNDAY FORECAST
The first half of the week will feature a warming trend with highs reaching the 80s Monday and 90° to 95° Tuesday and Wednesday. This will be caused by an upper level high tracking from the southern Rockies to eastern USA. The upper level high is not as strong as it was over the summer, but it will still allow us to reach the 90s. SEE MAPS #2 and #3.
MAP #2: UPPER LEVEL PATTERN TUESDAY EVENIING
MAP #3: FORECAST HIGHS MONDAY…80s here and 90s to the west.
Thursday and Friday will see a storm system most likely drop south from western Canada to the northern Plains. This will increase our chance of rain and bring much cooler weather. We will be updating this all week. SEE MAP #4.
MAP #4: UPPER LEVEL FLOW THURSDAY NIGHT
Have a great day, enjoy weather and GO CHIEFS!
