Cold front approaches, KC still hits the 60s

Good Morning Bloggers!

By 6am this morning, a weak cold front was approaching KC from the northwest. The very light winds had shifted to the northwest behind the front in northern Kansas and far northwestern Missouri.  Near that surface low, fog and mist were reported early this morning across Iowa.

A band of light snow is moving across the viewing area this afternoon. Snowflakes have been reported in many locations. There won’t be any accumulation as this is just a small band of light snow. Another dry day

Did it feel nice this morning?  Temperatures were in the upper 30s in KC around 7 am.   This is almost 20° warmer than Saturday’s 18° morning.  It actually felt nice walking into work!
